In April 2011, Freeport Shakespeare Festival's second annual gala, In Other Words: Shakespeare & Sinatra, celebrated the music of Ol' Blue Eyes and featured jazz pianist Matt Fogg and his ensemble, the Chairmen of the Board. The evening was graciously hosted by Tory Ryden and Pat Scully. Board and event committee members Jan Gerry and Jen Segal created an elegant evening, evoking the big band era. Delicious cuisine donated by the award winning Azure Cafe, and deserts furnished by Simply Divine Brownies were a companion treat with the music. A capacity turnout, arriving on the rolled out red carpet made this a memorable evening. It also celebrated the opening of the new Freeport Factory Stage, the year round home of the Freeport Shakespeare Festival.
